Personal Liability.
By purchasing this race pack and taking part in any and all Lost Running Club activities, I understand that I am personally responsible for ensuring that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of any event organised by Lost Running Club.
I agree to waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against the race organisers, and sponsors and their representatives for any and all injuries suffered by me by taking part in this event.
I understand that there will be no on-course support from Lost Running Club or any other entity such as emergency medical services.
In purchasing this race pack, I grant full permission to use my name and likeliness, as well as any photographs and any record of this event in which I may appear for any legitimate purpose, including advertising and promotion.
Refunds and cancellations.
Due to the limited edition content in the race pack which the entry fee covers, Lost Running Club cannot offer refunds.
Prizes
In order to be eligible to win any prizes offered by Lost Running Club, the run must be tracked on komoot, with Lost Running Club tagged in.
Prize winners are determined by the Lost Running Club race team.
